Play Session Booking

Here are the details for our venue hire package and the available time slots:

Party Standard Package Details

Venue Rental: Exclusive hire £400 for 2 hours and 30 minutes (including 30 minutes for setup).

Capacity: Our venue can host up to 45 people, including 20 children (babies in arms don't count).

Food and Drinks: You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

(Please note: alcohol, confetti, balloons, and bubbles are not allowed ).

Café Services: Our café will remain open for your guests, and we'll have a dedicated staff member available to assist you at the café bar and to order beverages, snacks, or coffees.

Due to licensing regulations, kindly be aware that we have a strict policy against the consumption of alcoholic beverages on our premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

We offer two time slots:

Morning:9:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Afternoon:1:30 PM - 4:00 PM (with the option to extend for £100 per additional hour)

    Kids Party Rules for Our Play Café

    To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these rules during your party:

  • Supervision:
    Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times while in the café and play area.
  • No Shoes in the Play Area:
    No shoes allowed in our Café.
  • Food & Drink Restrictions:
    Food and drinks must be kept in the designated party area. Please avoid bringing food into the play areas to keep them clean and safe.
  • No Alcohol, Confetti balloons, or Bubbles:
    For safety and cleanliness, these items are not allowed in the café or play area.
  • Respect the Space:
    Please ensure that toys and equipment are used safely and appropriately. Help your children understand the importance of sharing and playing gently with others.
  • Allergies:
    If any children have food allergies, please inform our staff in advance to make necessary accommodations.
  • Time Limits:
    Please be mindful of your reserved time slot. If you wish to extend your party, additional time may be available for an extra charge (Afternoon session).
  • No Running:
    To prevent accidents, running is not allowed inside the café or play area.
  • Sick Children:
    Please do not bring children who are unwell to the party to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
  • Oven Use:
    Oven to be used only by our staff members.
  • No Entry to the Café Area:
    Only our staff members are allowed in the café and kitchen areas for health and safety reasons. Customers are not permitted behind the café counter.
  • Respect the Staff:
    Our team is here to help make your party a success. Please be respectful and let them know if you need any assistance during your event.

Payment & Terms

Cost: In order to confirm your reservation, a non-refundable payment of £400 is mandatory. Alternatively, you may choose to secure your booking with a deposit of £200, with the remaining £200 due on or before the event date.

    For bookings with deposeit payment of £200

  • 1. If you cancel or reschedule your booking within 2 weeks of the event date, the deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to make another deposit to secure a new booking.
  • If changes are made earlier than 2 weeks before the event, we will gladly assist with rescheduling at no additional charge. 2. The remaining £200 must be settled by the event date at the latest.
  • 3. If you decide to cancel your event for any reason, the deposit will be retained, but no further payment will be required.

    For bookings with one-off payment of £400

  • 1. Should you decide to cancel or reschedule your booking within two weeks of the event date, a cancellation fee of £200 will be applied, and you will be obligated to submit an additional £200 to confirm a new booking.
  • If changes are made earlier than 2 weeks before the event, we will gladly assist with rescheduling at no additional charge.
  • 3. If you choose to cancel your event for any reason, a cancellation fee of £200 will be deducted, and any outstanding amount will be refunded to you.

Please note that bookings require a minimum of one week's notice

To ensure a smooth experience and avoid any potential disappointment, we strongly advise booking as early as possible, as our slots tend to fill up quickly.
